The Self-Care Day Menu: An Evening Wellness Ritual
International Self-Care Day is 24 July -a reminder that wellness isn't a once-in-a-while treat, it's a practice. And the best rituals aren't complicated; they're the small, consistent moments where you actually show up for yourself.
Here's ours for tonight. Three steps, twenty minutes, entirely yours.
Wind Down
Start by putting the to-do list down -properly down. Shower, change into something comfortable, silence your phone. If movement is part of your wellness routine, a gentle stretch works well here too, but the priority tonight is stillness, not effort. Give yourself twenty minutes where nothing is required of you.
Patch Up
Once you're properly settled, it's time to let your skin in on the reset too. Start with a Polishing Peel Pad to gently resurface and prep, then finish with your silicone patches on whichever areas need it most - forehead, eyes, neck. The Medical-Grade Silicone gets to work overnight: holding your skin comfortably taut so it can't crease, encouraging circulation, and locking in hydration while you sleep.
Wake Up Better
Wellness rituals are supposed to show up somewhere -and this one shows up on your face. Wake up to skin that looks like it had a genuinely good night, and carry a little of that calm into tomorrow.
